Returns & Exchange

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene strip and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.

You have seven days from the day you purchase your item(s) to qualify for a refund. Please note: all items discounted and purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

You can exchange your item or we will give you a refund. The customers are responsible for all exchange and return-related shipping costs. 

Lima Beachwear has a NO WARRANTY policy. Once tags are removed from the merchandise, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. That’s why you should please follow the product care instructions.

Faulty or incorrect item

Please note, if the customer wears any items received incorrectly as part of their order or faulty garment, this voids the return. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all hygiene strips and swing tags must be attached.

To make a return or an exchange, you must request an exchange via e-mail within seven days for another swimsuit from any line, depending on availability. Lima Beachwear bikinis are very exclusive. We only produce a small quantity of pieces of every style. That’s why each Lima Beachwear bikini is a limited edition and we cannot guarantee a specific size or style will be available for exchange. 

If the size and/or style you request is not available, you will be given a refund.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind
  • Store credit can be used to repurchase a new size or style and does not expire
  • Store credit can also be used in our boutique in Palma de Mallorca, Spain
